Refund Policy

You're great for being InstAssist subscriber!

Because our service is distributed on a monthly subscription certain conditions apply.

We offer refund within 1 week of the service being purchased or renewed for the last paid month, if 1 week have passed since subscription purchase or renewal, you will not be offered a refund of any kind. Product exchange is not offered.

If you have not achieved the desired results with InstAssist, we will try to find out the reason and try to help you set up InstAssist in the right way so that you are satisfied with the result.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
